About Us

Mike, Veronique and their son Max live in a cottage close to the Mills in the beautiful Cych Valley in west Wales where the courses are held.

Veronique

Veronique is a Fellow Member of the Association of Stress Consultants and a qualified Reiki-Seichem Master Teacher since 1995. She has also been fully trained in Crystal Healing since 1996. Veronique also gives workshops, lectures and courses from home and around Wales on training the mind, the advantages of Positive Thinking and the art of Relaxation and Meditation.

She spends her time between France and Britain giving lectures and leading workshops.

Since 1995 Veronique has been committed to her own self-development, studying and travelling as part of her quest, and integrating what she has learnt in her teaching skills, having originally trained as a language teacher.

Out of the broad range of subjects she has studied, "The power of the Mind" has been closest to her heart. She believes that it is the "World within" namely our thoughts, feelings, and imagination, that makes our "World without". Our mind is therefore the only creative power, and everything which we experience in that outside World, has been created by us in the inner World of our mind, consciously or unconsciously.

Veronique is now a qualified Angel and Ascension teacher she has completed her training with the Diana Cooper school of Angels and Ascension. She is also a qualified Reiki Karuna Master- Teacher and is registered with the International Centre for Reiki Training.

Veronique’s personal practice includes daily Reiki, Crystal Meditation and Healing,
Tai Chi and Ascension techniques.

Mike

Michael Godsell is a retired aircraft engineer & pilot, he flew with the RAF & British Airways. Mike is a member of the United Nations Association in Wales, and describes himself as "a militant pacifist"... He bought the Mills 25 years ago and has restored the water wheel to working order. The mill presently runs a big saw to provide logs for winter. Mike aims to install a turbine, and generate enough electricity to supply all the needs of the mills.

Mike also helps with the smooth running of the courses.

Max

Max is a lively eight years old boy who enjoy playing chess, canoeing down the local rivers and playing the piano.
