My healing journey began in 1995 with Reiki. At the time I was living in Norwich and I was teaching French on a full time basis.
Shortly after being attuned to Reiki, I was guided to come and live in a most beautiful, enchanted and mystical Welsh valley . I understand that I was drawn to this valley to become more grounded, more focused and more aware of my place in this world .
All these years spent living so close to nature and so deeply nestled in the valley makes me feel as if I have been placed in a kind of earthly cocoon, fed , nurtured and protected by "Pachamama" (Mother Earth).
This process has led me feeling safe , trusting more than ever in "the Great Spirit , The Source of All Life" , and deeply commited to my life's purpose. I am very grateful that the Cych valley has found me , I love sharing the magic of this place with those who are searching, looking for their place in this world and for those who wish .to explore the intricate nature of the web that connects us all.
For the last fifteen years, I have been running the Awareness Centre, teaching Reiki,
Meditation, Crystal , Angel and Ascension workshops and courses . My teaching gives me great joy , it not only helps me to learn and grow spiritually , it also gives me the opportunity to help others to grow, learn and progress steadily on their spiritual path

We feel we were drawn together by the universe in 1983 when we started working together in pharmacy. We had both been searching spiritually for some time before this, and after working together for several years realised we were soul mates and married in 1992. We continued to explore our spirituality through family life, friends and our love of music and nature.
In 2003 we read a book about Reiki and decided that the Reiki teachings seemed to encompass so much of what we believed in and wanted to develop. We began our Reiki journey with Level 1 in December 2003 and Level 2 in March 2004. For the next three years we continued our knowledge and practice through the wisdom of other Reiki teachers and practitioners and were invited to do Level 3 in 2007. We completed the Master Practitioner in July 2007 and Master Teacher in November 2008.
We feel Reiki has been a very powerful, personal, spiritual journey alongside our practices of meditation and yoga.
In 2009 we gave up full time work in pharmacy after realising we had to pursue a more spiritual way of life and chose to move from Wiltshire to West Wales at that time.
We were very pleased to discover that the universe had brought us to live so close to the Awareness Centre and feel that the energy of the centre and it’s surroundings are the perfect place for us to share our continuing journey together, along with those who are drawn to work with us on their Reiki path.

Michael Godsell is a retired aircraft engineer & pilot, he flew with the RAF & British Airways. Mike is a member of the United Nations Association in Wales, and describes himself as "a militant pacifist"... He bought the Mills 25 years ago and has restored the water wheel to working order. The mill presently runs a big saw to provide logs for winter. Mike aims to install a turbine, and generate enough electricity to supply all the needs of the mills.
Mike also helps with the smooth running of the courses.
Max is a lively thrirteen years old boy who enjoy playing chess, canoeing down the local rivers and playing the piano.
My two lovely daughters, Nathalie lives and works in London. A very talented and beautiful 25year old.
Laura , my youngest daughter , a very charismatic and spirited 23 year old soon going to Australia, a new adventure for an amazing being.
